Durable Skills for Workplace Excellence

This five‑module online course was created by USU Extension to help young people step confidently into the workforce. You’ll learn the real‑world skills that make people stand out on the job, such as communicating clearly, working well with others, staying organized, and showing professionalism.

Each module includes a quick pre‑quiz, short readings, a video lesson, and a hands‑on work challenge so you can practice what you learn right away.  The student will receive a PDF certificate upon completion of the course.
