The Road to Happiness and Meaning offers individuals the chance to learn new principles and practices related to personal happiness and self-love. This course is based on four “keys” for a better self: searching inward, turning outward, looking upward, and pressing forward. Participants can expect to learn how to use their strengths, how to manage stress and new challenges, promote happiness, and improve their personal, private relationships.
